Refund Policy

Last updated: October 6, 2026. Plain-language refund terms for Daybreakworks social media starter packs (Ontario, Canada).

Custom digital work, delivered in 5 business days

Each pack is a custom digital deliverable: a 30-day post calendar written for your business. Our delivery commitment is 5 business days from the date your payment clears and we have the intake details we asked for (business name, category, location, website).

Full refund within the cooling-off period

You get a full refund if:

• We miss the delivery date. If your pack is not delivered within 5 business days of a complete order, you can cancel for a full refund.
• You cancel within the cooling-off period. Under Ontario's Consumer Protection Act, you have a 10-day cooling-off period after the agreement to cancel a future-performance agreement for any reason, with a full refund. See our terms for the details.

After delivery: material defects

If the delivered pack has a material defect we cannot fix — for example, entries built around facts we verified incorrectly against your public business information — you get a full or partial refund proportionate to the problem. Tell us what's wrong at daybreakworkshq@gmail.com within 14 days of delivery and we will fix it or refund you.

No revision rounds in v1

To keep the price at CA$149, this version of the pack does not include revision rounds. You receive the calendar as researched, drafted, and human spot-checked. If that changes in a future version, this page will say so before you order.

Not liking the writing style is not a defect — but we would still rather hear from you than have you unhappy. Email daybreakworkshq@gmail.com and we will talk it through.

How refunds are paid

Refunds go back to the original payment method through our merchant-of-record, Lemon Squeezy, within 10 business days of approval.
