Last updated: October 6, 2026. Plain-language summary of how Daybreakworks handles your information when you order a social media starter pack.

What we collect

Only what you send us when you order or ask about a pack:

• Your name and email address
• Your business name, category, and location
• Your website and social handles, if you provide them
• Competitor business names you mention as examples

We do not collect passwords, account logins, payment card details, or any other information you don't send us. Payment is handled by our merchant-of-record, Lemon Squeezy — we never see or store your card details.

Why we collect it (purpose)

We use this information only to:

• Research your public business presence (website, reviews, Google listing) so the pack is written in your voice and from your facts
• Build and deliver your 30-day post calendar
• Communicate with you about your order, delivery, and any follow-up questions

We use it for nothing else. We never sell your information. Two service providers see it as part of fulfilling your order:

• Lemon Squeezy, our merchant of record — receives your name, email, and payment details to complete the transaction and handle tax compliance. They process data in the United States and other countries where they operate.
• AI systems — your business information is processed by AI technology providers to draft your pack. These providers may process data outside Canada. Your information is used only to create your deliverable, never for unrelated purposes.

How long we keep it (retention)

We keep order records — your name, email, business details, and what was delivered — for as long as we need them for tax and accounting records under Canadian tax law. Research notes about your business are kept with the order record. If you ask us to delete your information, we will delete everything we are not legally required to keep, and we will tell you what we had to retain and why.

Access, correction, and deletion requests

You can ask to see the information we hold about you, correct it, or have it deleted. Email daybreakworkshq@gmail.com with the subject "Privacy request" and we will respond within 30 days.

Where your information lives

This is a static website with no databases, accounts, or analytics — visiting it collects nothing. Order emails live in our email account. Payment details live with Lemon Squeezy under their own privacy policy.
